Rebaschen toothpaste with organic herbs according to Hildegard von Bingen, content: 75 ml; fluoride-free and suitable for homeopathy.

More than just brushing your teeth

The refreshing, light Rebaschen toothpaste is packed with organic herbs such as verbena, wormwood, chickweed, spearmint, and myrrh (menthol-free). With the gentle abrasive properties of Rebaschen (vine ash), it cleans teeth thoroughly and gently. It foams gently and has a delicate flavor. If you want to avoid strong peppermint oil during homeopathic treatment, Rebaschen toothpaste is recommended. The mild spearmint leaves your mouth feeling good and your breath fresh for a long time.

Regular brushing helps maintain healthy teeth and gums and counteracts gum problems. Our Hildegard von Bingen dental care is fluoride-free and suitable for homeopathy.

Our tip:

In the morning before brushing your teeth: “oil pulling” with the herbal mouth oil , then brush your teeth with the toothpaste with vine ash.
Both also available together as a set .

HILDEGARD OF BINGEN

Hildegard of Bingen (1098–1179) is considered one of the most important naturopathic figures of the 12th century and is now known far beyond the borders of her homeland. As abbess, she lived at the Benedictine monastery of Rupertsberg near Bingen. She left behind a unique legacy as an artist, naturalist, and mystic.

Driven by the ideal of gaining a better understanding of the complex connections between nature's mysterious influence on humanity, it was only in midlife that she set about writing two highly scientific works. These were groundbreaking for future European naturopathy: "Causae et Curae" (Causes and Cures) and "Physica" (On Nature). As a highly educated theologian, she also recognized a gentle, loving Creator for the first time in her light-filled visions.

PATHS OF LIFE WITHOUT CONTRADICTIONS

To understand Hildegard's complex works, one must understand that her health teachings are based on holistic thinking. In her writings, she draws not only on evidence from antiquity or folkloric and botanical traditions, but above all on constant observation of nature and humanity, and a resulting immense wealth of experience.

In an ingenious way, Hildegard combines rational thought and spiritual development, which were no longer opposites but complemented each other. The true goal of Hildegard's teachings is to bring balance to the body and consciousness, thereby enabling a long and fulfilling life. It is a living expression of the ancient yet highly relevant teachings about nature and life.

IMPRESSIVELY CONTEMPORARY

Today, many people recognize not only the benefits but also the limitations of modern natural science. They are aware of the contradictions that exist between scientifically systematic thinking and the separation of body and spirit. In Hildegard's teachings, health and well-being are more than can be described in purely methodical terms. This is not the only reason why, in recent years, there has been a steadily growing demand for a holistic approach inspired by Hildegard von Bingen.
