Cancellation policy

Some items in our shop may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or “try before you buy” options. These cancellation terms explain how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.


Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you selected.

Your payment details will be stored securely. Each delivery will be charged unless you pay in advance. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it.

If you would like to cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, where you can manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not currently in stock but will be available soon.

We may either not charge you at checkout or only charge a partial amount, store your payment method, and then process and collect the full or remaining payment at a later time.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order as long as it has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund.

Try Before You Buy

If you purchase an item under a “try before you buy” option, we will authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order.

You will have a specified period of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. If this period expires and you have not returned the item, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
