Shipping Information

For orders with a value of €69 or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

We generally ship with DHL and DPD, but reserve the right to use another shipping provider in exceptional cases.

Upon request, you may explicitly choose shipping with DHL. Due to significantly higher postage costs, this option includes additional charges.

The exact shipping costs will be calculated for you at checkout.

PACKSTATION

Please note that delivery to Packstations is only possible with the shipping option “Preferred Shipping DHL”. Payment by invoice is not available with this shipping method.

ISLANDS

If you would like delivery to a German island, shipping will be carried out via DHL. This does not apply to the islands of Rügen, Usedom, and Fehmarn.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – OTHER COUNTRIES

If you are unable to complete your purchase at checkout, it may be because we do not ship to your country. If shipping is available, the shipping costs will be reliably calculated at checkout. Payment by invoice is not available for international orders.

DELIVERY

Our parcels are usually delivered by a courier service between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify a delivery time.

To help avoid delivery issues, please provide an alternative delivery address (e.g. neighbor, workplace) if you expect to be absent.

Please note that parcels can only be left without a signature if the recipient has provided the carrier with written permission to do so. Otherwise, the courier will require a signature.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

We expressly point out that all shipments must be checked by the recipient for any visible transport damage upon delivery. If damage is evident, it is best to refuse acceptance or open the package in the presence of the courier and thoroughly inspect the contents for damage.

All damages must be recorded on the courier’s proof of delivery (usually electronically) and must also be confirmed in writing by the courier. This will help facilitate the processing of any claims in both your and our interest.

PACKAGING

In the interest of environmentally friendly business practices, we primarily use packaging made from recycled materials.
