relieve pressure from inside and out
Alkaline body care is the contemporary answer to our acidic habits. It offers the opportunity to live a modern life without having to accept the associated illnesses. It's the moment of decision to take your health into your own hands.
Health problem No. 1: Acidification & slagging
Excerpt from the texts by P. Jentschura and J. Lohkämper
From year to year, the number of people affected by so-called lifestyle diseases increases, as does the number of people affected by them. What's worrying is that not only older people are affected. According to statistics, half of all newborns are currently born with some degree of disease.
While there is a high level of research and diagnosis, there is a lamentable deficit in successful therapies, preventative healthcare, and knowledge of how to maintain one's health. Warning signs indicating possible future illnesses are not understood. The Three Commandments of Healthy Living are no longer followed. They are:
- ==> Avoid harmful things!
- ==> Eat, drink, do useful things!
- ==> Eliminate harmful substances!
This is why even young men are now losing their hair. Even young girls have cellulite. The connection between premature hair loss and cardiovascular disease and diabetes has long been known and documented by Finnish studies.
It is time to refocus on how to maintain one's health throughout one's life with specific habits of behavior, diet, personal care, and lifestyle.
“Health is not everything, but without health everything is nothing.”
The good news: alkaline body care is easy
Since we live in this modern world, we cannot or do not want to avoid certain influences that are detrimental to our health. But it is not difficult to create balance and relieve stress on the body.
A spoonful of root power every now and then always works – if the stress is particularly high, even two or three... If time is short, an alkaline foot bath can also be wonderfully incorporated into dinner, in front of the computer, or in front of the TV. Preparing alkaline socks for the night takes barely a minute... and they work all night long! An alkaline bath is the perfect way to regenerate after a stressful day. It's also ideal for mothers with small children: simply take your baby into the bath with you, for a wonderful experience for mother and child.
Our pages on alkaline body care show you many other ways to create an alkaline balance in our acidic times. Each of us largely has control over how much toxins we want to inflict on our bodies. This includes not only eating and drinking habits (for example, if you down several liters of a certain dark, carbonated soft drink every day, you really shouldn't be surprised), but also the consumption of stimulants and medications, and environmental pollution... Mental hygiene also plays a crucial role in this context.
If we are ready to take responsibility for our health and our illnesses, the first step has already been taken, because illnesses do not grow on trees.
