Add 1 teaspoon to 200 ml of water, vegetable juice, or smoothie 2 to 4 times daily, or take 1 x 4 capsules. The effect is more effective when taken one hour before or two hours after a meal.
Duration of use:
3 months. To build up intestinal flora, add 1 teaspoon of ProTop Antioxidant.
