Recommended use / application

Drink 1-2 teaspoons of powder in 200 ml of water, vegetable juice, or smoothie once daily, or take 3 capsules with 200 ml of still water. It is most effective if taken one hour before or two hours after a meal.
One jar lasts for about a month.
