Recommended use / application
Drink 1 teaspoon of powder in a glass of water once daily or take 3 capsules with 200 ml of still water. Start at 5:00 p.m. one hour before or two hours after a meal, but no later than 10:00 p.m. Also drink 1.5 to 2 liters of still water daily.
Important information: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Always store in a cool, dry place and out of reach of small children. Not recommended for children or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
