The pH strips allow you to quickly and easily measure the pH of urine, drinks, or other liquids. It's interesting, for example, to compare the pH of alkaline bathwater before and after an alkaline bath.
To measure the pH, a stick is immersed in the liquid until the colors no longer change. Then, the pH value can be read using the included color scale.
The indicator strips come with a measurement protocol and instructions for measuring pH values sensibly, taking your body's rhythms into account. It's important to remember that each individual measurement is only a snapshot in time. Therefore, it's recommended to take the measurements three times a day or more for at least two weeks.
