Manju is a carefully crafted fermented beverage from Okinawa, the region with the world's highest life expectancy. Since 1994, it has been produced there in a complex, one-year maturation process according to Japanese organic standards.

The basis is organic green papayas cultivated with EM , EM brown rice, rice bran, and nutrient-rich brown algae. The multi-stage fermentation produces valuable enzymes, antioxidants, and bioactive substances that are traditionally valued as contributing to vitality, well-being, and a healthy lifestyle .
