All bacterial cultures used are guaranteed to be GMO-free.
Elyx Elderflower is a vibrant, living product. Viable microorganisms (CFU) multiply during production, contributing to the product's high quality. At the time of bottling, the CFU count is approximately 150 million per ml. During storage, the CFU count slowly decreases, but remains at approximately 80 million per ml at the end of the best-before date! Due to this dynamic nature, batches may vary slightly in taste, turbidity, and color. However, this is not an indication of quality.
Elyx contains 18 herbs and spices
which are well known from Western naturopathy:
Anise, basil, fenugreek seeds, nettle, dill, angelica, fennel, black elderberry, Roman chamomile, chervil, oregano, parsley, peppermint, rosemary, sage, licorice root, thyme, juniper.
All herbs come from controlled organic cultivation.
Careful production process
The careful production process lasts long enough to optimally extract the active ingredients from the herbs and spices and to fully complete the fermentation process. This natural maturation process creates the low pH value necessary for shelf life without the need for the addition of acetic acid or similar additives. This gives the finished product a milder flavor. Furthermore, the free-floating nature of the herb and spice mixture ensures optimal transfer of the active ingredients and flavors to the fermentation liquid. After fermentation, the herbs and spices are removed and juiced. The juices are then added back to the final product, giving Elyx its fresh, herbal flavor.
Recommended intake
The recommended intake is 15-50 ml spread throughout the day (depending on individual circumstances). Turn the bottle upside down before use to evenly distribute the valuable sediment. Elyx can be consumed at any time, preferably with meals. Depending on your preference, it can be consumed neat or diluted with spring water or organic juice.
Refrigerate after opening.
Note: Due to fermentation, a natural alcohol content of up to 1% vol. is possible.
