Take 30 ml pure or diluted with water once daily before breakfast.
Instructions for use:
A hissing sound when opening the bottle is due to the product's natural fermentation. These bacterial strains continue to work even after the bottling process, producing carbon dioxide. There's no cause for concern; the product can be consumed without worry.
Carbon dioxide buildup can cause slight overpressure in the bottle. The possible formation of white flakes is a natural process and can be prevented by storing the bottle in a cool, dark place.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 4 weeks.
