Initially, BIOVALERE is taken 2 to 3 times daily, diluted in 1 to 2 teaspoons of water or fruit juice, with meals. After some time, the amount can be increased to 20 to 30 ml per day, or even more if particularly stressed. Children should take less according to their body weight.
BIOVALERE is also suitable for regular daily consumption.
