Citrus X paradisi

The white grapefruit gets its name from the white color of its skin. The white grapefruit has similar properties to other grapefruit varieties and is known for its ability to lift the mood. Although not quite as sweet as its pink sister, its aroma tastes fruity and lemony. The oil is extracted by cold-pressing the fresh skin.
