P. Jentschura's Basic Socks® consist of a cotton inner pair and a virgin wool outer pair. They are comfortable to wear, loose-fitting, and allow you to do something good for yourself in just a few minutes.

Recommended use / application

AlkaWear Alkaline Stockings® are recommended for overnight use. The stockings can also be worn during the day for as long and as often as you like.

Application
Sprinkle one heaped teaspoon of MeineBase®, alkaline-mineral body care salt, into approximately ½ liter of warm water and dissolve well.
Place the thin inner stockings inside until they are wet through and through.
Wring the stockings tightly until they no longer drip.
Put on the wet inner stockings and pull the dry outer stockings over them.
If your feet are cold, we recommend using a hot water bottle.
Wash the inner stockings after each use.

Using Alkaline Socks® is very straightforward and can be done easily even on the go. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of My Base in approximately 1/2 liter of warm water in the sink. Briefly immerse the inner socks in this solution to make them alkaline, wring them out, and wear them overnight. The woolen outer socks provide cozy warmth and a restful sleep.

Basic Stockings® are fully stretchable and therefore available in a one-size-fits-all fit. Depending on leg size, they vary in length, but should always reach above the knee.
